The IN A DIFFERENT LIGHT SERIES, showcases Latino actors in plays by leading world playwrights, in roles in which they are seldom cast. Productions have included BENT, THE NORMAL HEART, THE BLUE ROOM, BEIRUT, BETRAYAL, EASTERN STANDARD.
DUO Theatre is just one of the components of the larger DMAC@Duo Multicultural Arts Center which offers exciting programming which includes Film@DMAC which presents the highly successful NYC Downtown Short Film Festival recently recognized as one of the top film festivals in the world; the Music@DMAC series featuring Cabaret and chamber/new music programs and Dance@DMAC which commissions and presents new dance works.
